SIMPLIFIED INSTRUCTION
Many coaches use more scientific and/or technical approaches in their lessons. While this works well for many, the heavy usage of complicated terminology can be overwhelming for others. Your lessons at Vandom Voice Academy will remain largely jargon-free and focus more on the feel and sound of your own unique voice.
JUDGMENT-FREE ENVIRONMENT
The severity of vocal dysphoria ranges from non-existent to utterly paralyzing, and it can fluctuate throughout the day. As someone who suffered from severe vocal dysphoria for years, Alexis understands this all too well. You can be sure that she will always give you the time and space you need to get through the worst attacks.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION
S#!t, as they say, happens. And when it does, you can be sure that Vandom Voice Academy won’t hold it against you. If we permanently lose connection, lose connection for an extended period of time, or a glitch or life event prevents us from connecting in the first place, you will receive either a partial or full refund upon request.*
*Partial refund amounts calculated based on longevity of session rounded up/down to nearest 15 minutes.
Example 1: 37 minutes used out of 60 minute session = 30 minutes or 50% of lesson completed, 50% refunded
Example 2: 38 minutes used out of 60 minute session = 45 minutes or 75% of lesson completed, 25% refunded
